Deborah Arnold, e-learning project manager


Deborah Arnold has worked at Vidéoscop since October 2000 as a project manager responsible for the educational design, development and management of audiovisual and multimedia projects and productions, in particular in the field of Open and Distance Learning. She is an active member of the French ODL community, participating on a number of steering committees for the French ‘Campus Numériques’ and intervening on behalf of Vidéoscop at conferences and exhibitions. She is a member of the board of FFFOD (Forum Français pour la Formation Ouverte et à Distance) and represents Vidéoscop within AUSCAV (Association Universitaire des Services et Centres Audiovisuel et Multimédia).
With a background in languages, Deborah worked for several years as Director of Studies for a language training institute in France, developing teaching materials and staff development programmes making use of educational technology. This experience was completed by a European postgraduate diploma in media studies (DESS Euromédias) at the University of Burgundy and the Institute of Education, University of London.
