The web provides immediate and ubiquitous access and it opens up new ways to represent, deliver and share educational content. With tools such as video streaming that are now readily available, you can show a chemical experiment or how an engine works, you can demonstrate how leopards move or bring literature to life by showing theatre performances. You can use the power of the image to move beyond the limitations of text. Students can be really 'present' and can overcome the constraints of time, cost, space and safety.
